Since the title of my blog is "things I've encountered" I thought I'd actually share with you all some things that I've encountered over the years.

Nature vs. Nurture? 1 point for nature I suppose.

Damn, happy family for just $6.95? Best $7 investment ever.

Hmm... enough said. Notice the candy panties that snuck their way into the picture as well. Oh Chinatown, you the best.

This picture doesn't give this car justice. The owner definitely packed more garbage in there than it seems. The driver's seat was the only part of the car clear of garbage. Gotta give him props for getting all that in there..

Oh Bezerkeley is at it again. Election night was surely one to remember. As soon as Obama officially won the streets of Berkeley were jam packed with celebrators. Me and my roommates decided to run amongst these people to join in the festivities. There were flags waving. Boom boxes blaring. Drums pounding. People dancing. Buses getting climbed on. People were hanging from street signs and street lights. It was chaos, but a good kind of chaos. And then, of course, there was this guy.

Funny how so many people want to be tan and this girl goes and says fuck that. In her defense I did see some clouds that day..

Ahh college. This picture along with the next one epitomizes how college life lowers our standards of cleanliness. This potato was left out in the kitchen a little too long I'd say. It began to grow its own plant within itself. How the.. It looks like a whale. Or a submarine. Any other interpretations?

While apartment hunting in good ol' Bezerkeley, we came across a nice looking apartment building that had "For Rent" signs outside. We go to the front door to try to take a look inside or possibly contact the manager and come across this sign. At least they were honest..

Over the years I've had the pleasure of owning the majority of the sweet video game consoles that blessed our generations. This lovely piece of equipment, however, came out before I was able to get my hands on it. The Atari has such simple games, yet they entertain you just as well as the latest of today's games. Ahh so simple, so fun.

Asians.com. I don't know what goes on in there.. I decided to check it out and apparently it's some sort of traveling agency. Not cutty at all, I'd say. Would you guys book your next vacation through them? I sure wouldn't. Reference to the movie "Taken". Can't trust these people sometimes!

Nothing like a nice bar of Tiger's Milk to energize you for the day. It's supposedly some sort of energy bar.. I've never tried it. Speaking of energy products has anyone ever tried those five hour energy shots? They look super ghetto and sell them at 7-11 (which does not help their ghetto image). They also have sketchy commercials. Anyways.. tiger milk. Go out and try some.
