Cords
Back in the day before video games had those revolutionary wireless controllers, we were constricted by the length of the cords of those bad boys. Have you guys ever wondered how the damn cords got so fucking tangled? Let's be real, people always tried to be neat and roll up the cords around the controller so that they're not everywhere, but that became impractical after the 2nd time you had to unravel all of them before you could play. Consequently we just put the controllers on the floor near the console so that they were ready for action the next time you wanted to get your game on. However this posed a whole new set of problems. The tangling that occurs boggles my mind at how complicated some entanglements can become. While untangling them I often think to myself, "I don't recall looping the blue controller around the black one and then looping it through the gray one's cord and twisting them around 5 times then tying a knot in its own cord. I swear I just put it on the floor and walked away." When did these cords get a life of their own? Until I find the culprit who goes around tangling all my cords, I suppose I will be at their mercy.
